Jewelry can be ordered either by e-mail or by phone.  Please send two e-mail messages; the first with your name, shipping address, billing address (if different), phone number, and the first eight digits of your credit card.  In the second e-mail, send the second eight digits of your card along with the expiration date and CCV code on the back.  Shipping to the continental U.S. is via USPS priority mail and costs $5.20.  Insurance is optional and is provided upon request.

You can also call in your credit card information to me at (435) 260-1010.  I accept personal checks and money orders, as well.  I usually ship within three days.

All one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces come with a certificate and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.  I am happy to do custom work with your materials or my own.
