Jewelry can be ordered either by e-mail or by phone.  Please send two e-mail messages; the first with your name, shipping address, billing address (if different), phone number, and the first eight digits of your credit card.  In the second e-mail, send the second eight digits of your card along with the expiration date.  Shipping to the continental U.S. is via USPS priority mail and costs $4.50.  Insurance is optional and is provided upon request.

You can also call in your credit card information to me at (435) 260-1010.  I accept personal checks and money orders, as well.  I usually ship within three days.

All one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces come with a certificate and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.  I am happy to do custom work with your materials or my own.
